Wow! This is not your regular manual therapy! Heard about Damion from a local friend and decided to come see him to help my postpartum body recover. And man, he is simply amazing with such a great attitude and approach towards this craft of helping people! I've never seen it like that before. He's very intentional and hardworking with every client he has. I ended up coming back for more and already planning another trip out to see him . I highly highly recommend him if you want to get rid of the pain and any discomfort in your body There's a free parking up front which is rare in downtown Denver . And a good coffee shop if you have to wait a little bit for your appointment.

So I went to Heavy Elbow about 9 months ago and I wanted to wait before I made a review. I recently had another 1 hour session and then a 2 hour session. I'm pleased to report that my sciatica hasn't returned after 9 months and I just came for some maintenance, but he found some issues with my intestines and organs. After working and manipulating it, I left him being able to touch the floor, when standing. Something I haven't been able to do for awhile... To the point that it was getting harder and harder to tie my shoes. I'm on cloud nine and I'll see how this helps my everyday life. It's straightened my back and taken away my lower back pain so far.. so I'm happy and in a good state currently. He's a Godsend. I have to fly into town from California to see him, and I gladly do and will continue to do so.

I'm 70yrs old and have been active, have had several surgeries including a knee replacement, rods in my lower back and my neck. I want to continue being active. I went to Dameion with the thoughts of getting a body overhaul. Yes, there were a couple of times the discomfort of the therapy was uncomfortable, but the results were worth it! I did not have immediate positive results but after the last 2 days I'm 98% pain free in the area he worked on. I'm looking forward to more treatments! I have a long list and expect several months as needed to fix whatever can be helped. I have had deep tissue massage and it was so painful I couldn't finish the series. I went to see Dameion a few years back when I was experiencing extreme hip pain in my early 20's. I was in pain to the point where I couldn't sit down and stay still for more than an hour at a time. Dameion gave me my mobility back. Was it painful? Yes. Was it worth it? ENTIRELY.

I was in to much pain that I couldn’t sleep longer than 2 hours at a time. I have shoulder issues from school sports. In 15 minutes the pain was gone and in three visits I had almost full range of motion. I had him work on more of my body/sports injuries. I was at the point that working out wasn’t happening, my feet fell asleep and my legs just hurt. After a few visits my legs and feet felt young again and I can proudly say I have been working out and have also lost a lot of weight. All made possible by DameionI highly recommended!!! I tell everyone I see who is in pain. You do not have to live with pain. Also, he has the best rates. You are lucky to get this much knowledge and experience for the price he charges. Being a massage professional myself, I went in for my first Rolfing session with Dameion not knowing what to expect. He gave me a quick educational session on how the muscles and fascia are related and work together, it was catchy and very informative. He was not afraid to use the right amount of pressure, which is what I needed. I went in feeling discomfort in my pictorials and deltoids and left feeling relaxed and free from aggravation. My pecs felt open and the knots in my neck disappeared. I would recommend him to a friend.

First off, I have had scoliosis since I was 10-12 years old. I have been to dozens of chiropractors, orthopedic specialists, massage therapists, deep tissue specialists and on and on. I am now 42 years old so have been living with this condition for 3 decades. I found Damien when I was hard up, crippled and could barely function any more in constant pain. Each session removed pain, and problem areas went away one by one. After about 5 sessions I didn't have any more areas causing pain and he was able to dig deeper into the underlying problems. Damien knows what he is doing and has been a God send for me and my wife who he is treating for carple tunnel. After searching long and hard and trying everything except surgery I have finally found someone who can actually help me.
