Jim Hedlund, owner of Hedlund Irrigation & Landscaping Inc., obtained a Bachelor Degree from St. Cloud State University, and holds a valid Minnesota Systems Contractor license, a Power Limited Technician license, and a Backflow RPZ Tester certification.
