No one to greet the customers, dude just came out of the back room. I was sold a water pipe that is not functional due to the bowl being attached to the down stem, thus giving dry hits that burn, was very overpriced considering the size almost double. Will not be going back.

First time here The guy who attended us was kinda rude... he was polite in his wording but his facial expressions showed different .. like he didn’t want us to be there...or Either he was unhappy to be there ... either way he has a poor Customer service

This shop is hands down the best shop in Houston! It's smaller but they have a sick inventory and really good deals. The folks there are super chill and all about customer service and education. All the stuff I've bought there have so far been great products! Highly recommend
