If I could give a negative star I would!! I never had such a bad experience with a repair service, he talked a good talk but in the end Jason was over his head with my repair work. I don't think he is the most honest outfit around, I asked for the replaced parts and he gave me one out of many so I don't believe the parts that he replaced were actually bad and he didn't address the real problem of the motor loosing power. He kept my boat from July 6th, 2017 to Aug. 21st and never finished. When Jason told me the boat was fixed a couple weeks after I dropped it off I put it in the water and it made it about 200 feet. It over heated and I heard loud noise in the back of the boat and lost all power. Brought the boat back to him and kept it for a another month. Jason kept making promises and excuses he would change what he was doing on the motor every time I talked to him. Then he told me to come get the boat he was done with it and was going to just put the front of the engine that he took apart in a box for me to put together. He did put the front of the engine back after I told him I would take him to court on it. It makes more noise than ever I can't get anyone around the area to even work on it now, they said they didn't want a basket case. I would not recommend this place for even getting parts from. For those that don't no this there is a -(Truth In Repair) law in Minnesota it is (Statute 325F.63) repaired parts are supposed to be given to the customer or at least shown them and they can decide if they want them or can be thrown out. I got this information from the Attorney Generals Office, If you value your boat don't bring it here. I spent a lot of money to get a broken boat motor back!!

Great service, knows what they are doing, Jason & staff care about customers concerns. We've had them do work on smokercraft & pontoon, fixes it right the 1st time. They tell you if parts need to be ordered & estimate repair prices so you can plan accordingly.
