Hello Rentals

Deserves more than 5 stars! We recently worked with Hello Rentals for equipment for our neighborhood street festival and had a wonderful experience. They were easy to work with and have such reasonable rates for equipment. They patiently answered our 8 million questions along the way. Our day of experience was phenomenal – they arrived on time, were very quick to set up, and they returned on time for tear down. All around a great experience, we'll definitely use them again and would highly recommend them!

I would give this company a ZERO in customer service. They are not helpful, and do not tell you that they can not deliver until after you wait over a week for a quote. Horrible customer service! Especially when I called several times to request information about delivery up front. This should have been the first thing communicated.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Ed and Larry at Hello Rental were incredibly helpful and thorough. I needed chairs and tables for a small covid safe wedding and pre party outdoors at 2 locations in Washington, DC. I was in NY, and they gave advice on numbers, sizes, parking, timing of delivery, etc. It was obvious they were experienced in doing this and wanted to be helpful. Plus, they were so much less expensive than the more traditional event planning companies!

I am disappointed at the lack of professionalism they showed. After going back and forth with them for weeks on my rental quote. They changed the price last minute without any reason. I would recommend ensuring that you pay for you were quoted for.
