Helmsley Medical Tower

I spent a long time in this hotel and I thought it was great and very worthwhile. The rooms were all good, I stayed in a bigger one that has a kitchen and saved thousands of dollars going to the grocery store, which was very close, buying my own food and cooking it. The location was great for treatment at Memorial Sloan Kettering. The staff were all good folks, no complaints about any of them. All in all an excellent experience.

The suites were comfortable and the staff was incredible. The proximity to the hospital MSK and walkable restaurants made it easy to get around. The benefit of basement parking allowed for easy in and out

Non profit, so it helps when you are having procedures at the hospitals on the upper east side. No extra fees or taxes. Very clean, staff is extremely nice.Rooms: 5/5

Here because i live far away for a sugury at Sloan scheduled for 3pm. Checkout is 12. Nowhere to go, can't eat or drink. asked for late Checkout, was refused, i offered to pay extra, i explained my situation. Its winter now im not walking around sick. The woman at the front desk Jasmine was very rude to me, "we aren't associated Sloan Kettering."Helmsley is on Sloan's website advertising. Jasmine doesn't belong with ill people. Put her in regular motel

Great place to stay if you have family in the hospital. Also good location. Surrounding area has lots of dining options.Rooms: 4/5

Great location and amenities, beautiful view... But there may be a few cockroaches to be found, as is the case for most of buildings in Manhattan.

The staff is kind and helpful and goes the extra mile to help in any way, housekeeping is great and everyone is friendly and courteous and they offer a discount to hospital patients, I love it here
