I drove forty minutes to this store and it was worth the drive. Alec Bauer Gave great customer service. He helped me make the right decision by being knowledgeable with product and warranty options. And because of that I will shop at this location again.
Taking young children into a jewelry store isn't ideal, but Ms. San was so welcoming. She was so sweet to our kids, as she assisted us with my rings. She made our visit a pleasant one!
Holly and Nikita are top of the line, tag team customer service duo!!! It's never a competition it's like a sisterhood! They always give me a one customer service. They're extremely nice and alwways helping me figure out what to buy for my family members. Anytime, I come, I will most definitely be looking for them for whatever my needs may be! quality jewelry but horrible experience when I had to send a piece of jewelry out to have it clean and just replace the back of the stud. I was told it would take possibly two weeks but it took two months to get my jewelry back, was told every time I called that someone would call me back and give me an update status. However, after calling over seven times no one ever called back to give me an updated status. I had to call and get an update for two months straight. Good Jewelry but never seen anything out for service.
I have been dealing with some big issues with this company and ups since last year of October. I ordered an item, the item was as for a Christmas gift however UPS delivered my package to me but package was damaged. I stopped ups guy and gave him back the damaged package. Spoke with Helzberg Diamond company about it lady said we will open and claim on your item and we will get things resolved for you. Went back and forth with this issue I have never heard of filing a police report on a package that’s has been damaged by ups. UPS basically saying they have refunded and paid the claim for this item and now Helzberg Diamond is saying since no report has been filed there’s nothing they can do. I was not told about the 60 day to file and police report until just few weeks ago in November. Poor customer service and I will never order anything again from this company.
We chose this location due to proximity but the true magic occurred when we experienced an issue. Ms. San made everything right and ensured that our anniversary was one to remember. We are grateful to have met her and the staff here.
This location never disappoints. Alicia and store manager Michael are awesome. Excellent customer service with a smile. My husband and I will definitely return to this store.

After not having a great experience with a sales associate Ms San Singleton came in and completely saved the day…..she showed us things backed off when needed stepped in when needed. My wife was ready to walk before she got involved. We ended up getting the perfect ring that she loves! She is a treasure!
Today I’m giving Michael five stars for his wonderful customer He was extremely attentive, professional, kind and knowledge. He went above and beyond to assist me with. I would definitely recommend this location.
