I will NEVER COME to this place. Not worth the headache. i never recieve the contract to renew and when i emailed them and spoke to them that I didn’t renew them they told me it was too late when I told them 5 months prior! and what they do is they make you pay 2 months rent to get out and keep your security deposit. Also if you don’t do as they say they charge you up until someone takes over the apartment. The worst management team. They don’t care about anything but themselves. Please look to the left when trying to rent from here.

Old apartment living for market rate prices. Nothing new but old appliances from the late 90's. Maintenance is intrusive, customer service is non existent. However, if you need a basic over priced apartment then this place is for you. Status: Rent at your own Risk!!!!!

This place is terrible property manager comes in your home Unannounced without notice lieing about why they are in your apartment.Dont give you no notice at all just invite themselves into your home! I’m the resident never put a work order in and maintaince sticking keys into my door while I am at home...

Walls are thin as paper, service requests are never important to them as a repairman will show up hours later after a emergency repair call,I’ve had leaking in two different apartments that I’ve had to call about +5 times.the people that are in charge of running these apartments just show up and that’s all, no one care about their job beside the young ladies at the leasing office.besides them anytime there’s a problem your going to have to talk to someone who just doesn’t care.move here if you don’t have other options.

The is the worse Property management I have ever deal with in my life, they only want your money they are too lazy to deal with any issue you are facing in the apartment. This is no go area. keep off

The fact that my ac has been broke and I’ve already called 6 times since 5oclock it is now 8:46pm and no one has came to fix it YET ‘ is ridiculous !!!!!!!!!!!!! Then they say I have to wait till the morning cause no one can come after 8 is a damn joke . But I bet if it was rent money due y’all would be at my door ! A damn shame !!!!!!!

This place is ok for the price. Management responds when you have concerns.

Terrible maintenance everything else is cool

If you like mice as your pets, you can get them for free at this dumpster of an apartment. i’ve had problems here since i moved in. You’ll be waiting weeks, possibly months, to get BASIC maintenance done. Ive had a broken door handle that wasn’t fixed properly, so I had to fix it myself. I’ve had my groceries spoil MULTIPLE times due to a broken refrigerator. Maintenance came and told me that I PrObAbLy LeFt ThE rEfRiGeRaToR oPeN… 3 times???? i must look stupid. It wasn’t until the THIRD time that they finally ordered a new fridge for the apartment. I don’t even want to get into the fact that it took them over a year to replace the heating unit. I overpaid HUNDREDS of dollars a month more than $200 each bill to BGE because of it being semi-broken since i moved in. I’ve spent the winters without heat for multiple days at a time. THATS NOT OKAY!!! what’s also not okay is the water damage. It’s so bad that those damaged areas are brown and cracked and put a HOLE IN MY CEILING AND WATER STARTED LEAKING THROUGH. The apartments aren‘t livable or even good for your health bro. They’re in horrible condition, there’s no insulation what so ever. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE, YOU WILL BE MISERABLE!!! oh, and theyve done absolutely nothing about their little mouse infestation. and these are just the main and VERY consistent issues i’ve had, i could go on.
