Great experience. Mickey Dempsey did a wonderful job helping us find the vehicle we wanted. He went above and beyond assisting us with our two kids in tow. Very courteous. Chris Cornelius also deserves recognition as he made the whole buying process quick and easy. Great guy! Highly satisfied customer.
The service personnel greeted me at the time of my appointment, cheerful and welcoming. Service Manager listened to my service request and questions about recent symptoms I had observed. Service Manager called back with an update and asked for approval of additional work I had asked about. Work was completed promptly and on time. All work was done and nothing was overlooked. Service Manager went over all work completed and answered several questions I had. Excellent explanation was given in response to my questions. I highly recommend Hendrick Chevrolet for any service work.
I bought my Chevy Traverse @ Hendrick Chevrolet in Hoover 6/18/22. My salesman was Landon & He was really nice, such a sweet guy & made me & my mom feel like family. We swapped stories Plus he was really professional. There was a new guy Nathan that did my paper work. He was a really nice guy & very professional. Last I met Skylar the Finance Manager. He was great with helping me get my car. Skylar is a really nice person & made us feel like family. I would recommend Hendrick Chevrolet for your next vehicle
We had a great experience working with Nathan at Hendrick Chevrolet! He was knowledgeable about the vehicles my husband looked at several, honest about our options, and patient while we decided what was best for us. He treated us with the utmost respect and was genuinely friendly. Not once did I feel pressured or talked down to as I have felt with other salesmen at different dealerships and I would *highly* recommend asking for Nathan when you go to Hendrick.

I am not a fan of the vehicle shopping or purchasing process; I purposely avoided even coming in person to the dealership. I ended up working with Landon and he stayed very dedicated to earning my business. He did it in an honest manner which was a huge deal to me. He was also very patient with every detail and curve ball I delivered along the way. He not only earned my business this week, he also earned a great deal of my respect! We will be back to Landon for my husband’s vehicle soon! Highly recommend!
I can’t say enough good about Scott Tatum on the acquisition and purchase of my low mileage 2019 CPO Stingray in immaculate condition, the last model year of the front-engine Corvette! He was enthusiastic, extraordinarily knowledgeable about the car’s operation and features, and was able to obtain shipment from Richmond Va to get the car here when I wanted it. In fact, the car was shipped out of Richmond a day early to avoid the impending tropical storm Else which would have caused a significant delay. The finance office was straightforward in its dealings with me and Alex Eastman was upbeat. It was a tremendous experience!
Excellent service. We had truck trouble while on our road trip over Thanksgiving weekend. Hendricks was able to see us for walk-in ON A SATURDAY and had us back on the road good as new just a few hours later. Nathan in particular provided excellent customer service, gave us updates along the way and made sure we were comfortable while we waited.
Mark took great care of us! We came in to address a leak and he helped us discover that we needed to repair my muffler, a subtle sound that had not been diagnosed until his team addressed it. Great customer service and I recommend working with Mark wholeheartedly!
