I had the pleasure of working with Christian Perez . Christian made sure that my first time buying experience was smooth and easy to manage. He provided updates on the status of my vehicle until it arrived. Day of purchase was a smooth transaction and not as overwhelming as I thought it would be. He even called to check on me a few days after to make sure my new car was everything I dreamed of! Which it is! Also, worked with Jared! Super polite and made sure I understood the financial aspect of buying a car! Super thankful for my experience with Mercedes-Benz.
I never leave reviews, but I have to comment on the outstanding service from Pierce and Jared when looking into a GLS 450. They answered every question and went above and beyond to help my family and I evaluate the vehicle. They even let me take the car home overnight since my wife was recovering from a surgery and couldn’t come to the dealership. If you value attention to detail and 5 star customer service then you will not be disappointed with this group!
By far the best service we ever had at any dealership. Kristan our server advisor has been amazing! Great communication, friendly and he really knows his stuff. Michael our technician was amazing as well. He even came out, showed us some things about our car that we didn’t even know!!! You can tell that they love what they do and are really good people. Because of guys like them, we will always be Mercedes customers. Thank you!!
Cassidy and the whole team made the buying experience easy and they went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Even when a big celebrity came into the dealership, Cassidy remained committed to helping me even though she easily could've left to help the celebrity I encouraged her to help him. I loved the car that I bought, but it had some noticeable dents from previous owners. The team offered to take care of them for me, and even repainted the bumper when they noticed it needed a touch up. Absolutely wonderful experience and staff.
I purchased a CLS 550 remotely. I was in NYC, and they are in Charlotte. One of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with. Chris Marseglia was the sales person who was also the manager. Nancy Wilkerson was in finance. I feel the need to leave this review because I worked with them in 2017, and well before remote purchasing was in vogue. It was one of the best experiences I have had since. Honest. Reliable. It's my keyword when purchasing from a seller remote or in person. Best car and best experience. The car I received was what I saw via the photo they sent, and what I purchased. I did hire a pre-purchase inspector, and the dealership fixed paint issues that were found. I was not disapointed. I am in the market again, but because of the shortage, it's been difficult. If you find a car to your liking at Hendrick, give them a chance. They will earn your business for a lifetime. Just saying.
I always have a great experience when I bring my Sprinter RV in for service. I am greeted as soon as I pull in. The customer lounge area is very comfortable and spotless. Everyone you encounter is friendly and eager to assist. This last time, I had to bring my little pup in with me and they catered to him as well. The service was done quickly and I was even helped out to the RV, making sure I had sparkling water for the trip home. I always enjoy my experience and the professionalism that is shown to me.
What an amazing experience! Between my husband and myself, we’ve traded and purchased numerous cars over the years, but the service Ryan provided us was something we haven’t yet experienced the many times we’ve been through this process. We live well over an hour from this specific dealership and he was in constant communication with us to ensure we were taken care of and that the vehicles we were looking at online met our expectations. The vehicle we ended up purchasing was in Charleston and I assumed that process was going to be a hassle considering it had to be transferred to Charlotte, but he was extremely transparent the entire time and made it as convenient as possible for us. I’m now driving my dream car and Ryan is to thank for that! Be sure to ask for him! 5/5 stars all the way!
First time at this dealership. I brought my car in for service. I was immediately greeted by a service advisor that addressed me by name! Nice touch! Come to find out that this was the same advisor I had made my appointment with the day before Ricky was great, very professional. The guy who works in the entrance was very pleasant. While waiting in the lounge for sometime she and another gentleman asked if I was doing ok which was thoughtful of them to ask. Great first impression!
I had a great experience at Hendrick Mercedes. Courteous, prompt and professional staff in every department I interacted with. Scott Miller Sales was outstanding and friendly, but not to the point where you feel like he's overselling or wasting your time. My C300 had a slight issue I discovered 1 week after purchase, and when I brought it in for service they had a courtesy vehicle waiting and communicated with me until it was finished. Ricky Whitten in particular was a great help in Service.
Cassidy was probably one of the best I’ve ever worked with. She made car buying so simple for my mother and I , & was completely transparent throughout the whole process. Everything I was looking for was given to me, and all questions I had were answered!
