Came in, check in, take picture for ID, 5 minutes later system outage, was told to come back in 1 hrs...come back in one hours...wait for another 1 hours to get to talk to a person...I would not recommend..
I had an appointment. They couldn't find me on the list. The so called greeter was rude. Not a "hi" not a "how can I help you". All she screamed was DO YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT!!!!! I will never go back there. I made an appointment at the roseville dmv where I've had better service. May I suggest customer service training?
So simple just printed the application for a birth certificate replacement and mailed it in with a check. It came in the mail 2 weeks later.

LaDonna Griffin Manager was extremely rude, yelled over the phone, wasn't helpful and threatened to disconnect my call because I asked for her manager information due to how she handled the phone call. This was by far the worst customer service from a manager I have EVER received being a manager myself in a customer facing career.
INCREDIBLE service. My fiancee and I were in and out in 15 minutes looking to change our addresses on our drivers licenses. Quick and cordial service, go when it isn't very busy! Ideally within the first hour that they're open; you'll get quick service!
