As a first time new car buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The entire process was great. The trade in and negotiating was fairly easy. The financing step was amazing. I was given a lot of tips and insights on how to save money on the car and on insurance. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car.

Wow. This place is nice! The staff is nice and the cars are very well taken care of. With my allergies, we have to find a car that has never been smoked in and they went to sniff the car before we got here. Even if we don't get a car from here, I would 100% check them out. Also, ask for Tim, he was really sweet and knowledgeable. JUST SO EVERYONE KNOWS: They are open the last two Sundays of the month from 12:30-6.

Went for my routine oil and filter change for my CR-V and had the pleasure to meet Armando, as I awaited on my car’s service. He was very helpful into answering questions as I am always thinking on what’s next on my car journey. Armando listened to my needs and to what matters the most, and convinced me in getting myself a new CR-V. My THIRD car from Hennessy Honda! Super knowledgeable, not pushy, and willing to work with us the best way he could given the worldly circumstances. Having been to other dealerships earlier in the day, it was like night and day difference in customer service so we felt comfortable being with you all! I left with the best car for me!

Thanks Sarah! ****************** I have used Hennessy Honda service bunch of times, but today’s experience is on different level. Worst service, Below is my experience After the service, while returning from service center we heard some kind of sound coming from car even at 20miles per hour. Once we returned home we looked underneath the car and found cover plate below is hanging which is touching the road all the while. I called immediately to device center and reported it, they asked to return to service center and they will take a look. Going back in that car is the most horrible experience that several thought running into my mindwhat if the continuous touch of the metal plate on the road would start sparks The service Advisor took Care of it but how can that happen in the first place. He said a clip is missing when it arrived but I didn’t have any problem until I gave them the car and if clip is missing shouldn’t I be notified and given a heads up before handing over the car? Why didn’t I have same issue with missing clip when I gave for them? This is something that is not internal , which is obviously visible during final checks of car before returning it. I am so disappointed

This is why I avoid dealership at all cost even for oil change. If they can't do simple oil change right, how can I trust them to do bigger jobs? Plus my life is on the line when I drive on the road. Would they care, no. I had issues with my audio screen. It showed "software update". Went in to get it checked. Got there around 11.10 am . I didn't get out till about 3 pm. Issue unresolved. They had to get a new unit. Anyway, since I was there,oil change was due, I got my oil change thinking it was a simple job. My advisor came told the usual, we will be doing multi-inspection, etc. I was already frustrated waiting for so long, I drove off the lot without checking if my engine oil was set to 100%. Sure enough it wasn't set to 100%, it was the same when I came in at 30% As Iwas driving home, Tire Pressure Low signal came on. Now this Makes me wonder if they did anything all. Customer service wasn't that great either. Oh yes, I drove an hour to this place because I bought my car from here thinking service would be good.Disappointed but hope this helps someone else. Update: Good to know the service director responded. It wouldn't be fair if I didn't leave an update. I am glad they fixed the audio unit. Out-of-pocket would have been $681-ish. They got the engine oil indicator back to 100%. Kinda bummed because the "Low Tire Pressure" light came back on as I was nearing home. I did pay for Tire rotation. No issues with the tires. Wondering if the tires weren't calibrated properly after the tire rotation. Makes me nervous on the road. If they did everything right, I would have gone back for the 120k mile service.

10/10 recommend! I usually go to my local Honda for my vehicles, but with this shortage of cars I had to look else where! Best decision Ms.Julie is an absolute doll! I live about 2 hours away, so I had to keep up to date with what cars were available. With this being said Julie went above and beyond to help me stay up to date and even send pictures of EVERY vehicle I had any questions about! I was finally able to get my hands on a new civic! Soon upon arrival we were greeted with the most welcoming smile! It was such a quick and easy process! Very welcoming environment!

I recently came to this location to purchase a Used Car, so this review reflects my experience at the Pre-Owned Vehicles building. Marcus Trujillo had to be the most respectful and kind salesman I've ever had when buying a car. I have owned multiple cars and been to multiple dealerships, and being a younger person I feel like there is typically a lack of respect and fair treatment. This was not the case with Hennessy Honda of Woodstock! Marcus was very level headed, and provided me an amazing deal for my trade ins. Buying a car can be an awkward experience with weird moments of silence, but that really wasn't the case with him. He was able to keep conversation up and was super knowledgeable. This guy is a real enthusiast and I appreciate that when buying cars. He made sure we were always taken care of and had a smooth sales experience, never putting too much pressure on us but also not being too passive. Overall, if you are looking for a used car and want a genuinely good salesman that cares about cars talk to Marcus!

During a time when inventory has been low, Hennessy Honda had Pilots on the lot to test drive and it took about 45 days to get the car I wanted in stock to purchase whereas other brands were quoting up to 3 months for delivery. The day of purchase took longer than anticipated about 3 hours to get through the paperwork and finance options so plan for that, it’s not a quick time. I love my Pilot and while the market made prices increase, it’s a reliable vehicle that I should have for a long time, just like my previous Honda Fit drove 15 years-purchased at another dealership. The service area is also large and expect to be provided with quality work. Would recommend this dealership to others!
