I will give cred for good pay how ever there lack of ability to stand up for employees and their right to al life out side of work not good . the law says they have the right to 30 minutes for lunch they only get 20. And 10 minute brakes seem like 5. on personal note I was wrote up for another. employees actions toward me on 3rd shift when I was only standing up for my self. I was not deserving of that nor was I deserving of manegements misunderstanding of me or my depressionary problem or other heath problems made worse by the inhalded chemicals at work . They work people into the ground and expect them to work at high performance on the job and not get hurt also just because they hsve been in business for 25 years does not mean they run right machines constanly going down molds not running consitantly always srevinw one department up over anther always putting production behind . you owe me my vacation pay out and for moday march 6th and 1h1/2 on tuesday march 7th. I never said I guit but took it to mean I was improperly fired Gloria pickelering is a liar and so aree a lot off your other emlpoyees . also one last thing how is it that when 2 or 4 other employees got away with spitting on and threatning to kill another employee never got fired on the spot. I was no threaght to any one my personal and relgiuis upbringing don't allow this . oh that's right you don't like ordained ministers working for you .thanks for messing with my spiritual rights . looked in like a prisoner there no trust in any one . you treat and talk to employees as if they are not smart enough to understand the work for them selves. I cold bring up more but will save it for anther time in another place . But one last thing so you made a short film so what they never saw ho things really work did they. I'm dyslexic not stupid or crazy. talk to us and teat us like I t they work people into
