Very difficult to get an appointment. Staff is not friendly
Have been going for years and appreciate: No incorrect billing; Friendly staff; Truely excellent therapist no fluff sessions; scheduling/canceling/rescheduling option available online. I am very grateful!
Staff is dry/dull with patients. You dont feel welcomed.
No availability for psychiatrists. And I have to call back early morning to see if someone becomes available or if there is a cancellation? How is someone supposed to get help?
