When you want something light but filling, try the poke bowl. I got the tuna, half rice and salad. That was the most delish bowl I ever had. Great flavors all through out. Cleanest and most organized food truck, I've ever seen too. So glad to find easily accessible, good quality and healthy food. Not a easy while being on the road.
