I have hired Hentkowski for a few projects. They did the inspection for my home prior to my purchase six years ago and have since provided maintenance my existing heating system. I recently hired them for a ductless mini split system in my home. John was always on time and walked me through the system and my options very thoroughly. The implementation staff were extremely courteous and protected furniture and flooring as they did the arduous work. Also cleaned up after they left. Because my home is over 100 years old they got creative with the installation to ensure it was in effective in working system but also ensured the pipes and outdoor system was not an eyesore to my home. The carrier devices work well but had an issue with one of the devices in the master bedroom. Front office staff were very responsive and coordinated a team to fix during a hot spell. Very happy and will continue working with them for all of my HVAC needs.

Hentkowski installed a geothermal heating system in our house over a decade ago. It is still running great! We have Hentkowski come out each year for an annual checkup. The technicians are always hard working, clean, and professional. They always do an amazing job!

Kim was away but I still got the 5 star service like always. I’ve been a homeowner in Wilmington for 35 years and I can say Hentkowski is BY FAR not only the best diagnostician but also the most fair and honest. I’ve used all the big companies and they are only trying to make a buck. Hentkowski came right away, did the repair necessary and didn’t tell me I needed a new unit!! They’re the best

The Hentkowski team has always been prompt, clean and professional. They’ve helped me out tremendously at my home with our 40 year old Weil-McClain boiler and radiator system. Highly recommend.

Had a guy come out, he was very helpful. Showed me some stuff the old owners of my house did that were pretty dumb and might have saved me a bunch of money. Did a fantastic job explaining it all to me too.

Loved Sal the Hentkowski tech who came to our home. He was polite, very efficient and knowledgeable. I recommend this company if you are looking for a reliable, reputable HVAC company.
