Dr Pasch is absolutely incredible. He is very polite, extremely knowledgeable, professional, and com passionate. He explains every step of the way what he needs to do. This has given me total confidence and trust. As I look back at all the medical professionals I have met in my journey of life, none compare to Dr Pasch. The staff at Herald Square Dental has repeatedly made me feel at home on every visit. This makes it pleasurable instead of the dreaded thoughts of "going to the dentist". Thank you Dr Pasch and the team you have assembled.

The staff was very kind friendly and polite. The dentist did an amazing job. I received a full set of dentures thus far the best set. I can smile again. The fit and quality is amazing. If you are skeptical all the 5 stars are real. Best place to go to for dental work. Staff are super friendly, professional & very knowledgable. Office is extremely clean. I went in for a tooth extraction in tears and I left smiling. It was a walk in the park. Dr. Yam sets the tone for the patient by being so cool, calm, & collected. Last but not least is Amer. He is a nice addition to Herald Square Dental. His bedside manners are on point & he explains everything in detail for the patient..

You will be pleasantly satisfied after visiting this dental office! I give them 5 stars, and without a doubt, I want to thank you for such an amazing experience! When you are at Herald Square Dental, you know that you are in the right hands! To begin with, the decoration of the office from the elevator area to the operatories is impressive! Organized clean operatories, beautiful décor around the office bring you to a relaxing state. Dr. Pasch and the staff are so attentive, caring, and knowledgeable! They listen to your concerns and provide excellent dental care. I have been a patient here since 2016, and so far, my experience has been outstanding! Even though there are so many restrictions with COVID-19, this office stays on top of the social distancing requirements. The staff follows all the precautions that help minimize the virus's spread. The air filtration system was engineered specifically considering the office space and that the dental office has a dental laboratory on the premises. The office employees wear all the necessary PPE. During the procedures, they use external high-volume suction devices that help reduce any aerosol particulate generated. With all mentioned above, I do feel safe coming here. Overall, my experience has been satisfying. I strongly recommend you visit Herald Square Dental & The Denture Center and receive excellent dental care! They are undoubtedly trustworthy! I've been here 3 or 4 times over approximately 5 years and very relieved I've found this office. They are almost the only business in the City that creates and repairs dentures onsite - with same-day service. They are also great about fitting in emergency appointments. The results and the service have always been wonderful, and the pricing has been reasonable. I've seen Dr. Ian Pasch and also Dr. Arthur Yam - recommend both. Another plus - they're right by Penn Station - easy to reach.

Everything from the terrific receptionist Jessica in particular to the amazing dentist they have there was great. Wait time was a little long but that’s just nitpicking. Will definitely be coming back! Go here if your dentures get messed up like mine did for a quick repair.

I have to say, I am so very happy with Herald Square Dental. Dr. Yam and his Dental Assistant Amir, are simply the best, the perfect team for those who fear the Dentist and want to care of their teeth. They both truly care about the patient and take that extra effort to make your visit comfortable and as painless.as possible. Dr. Yam and Amir are a fabulous team. Amir helped with insurance issues, along with his front office team, and made it possible to help me get my work completed. That extra care and friendly ambiance. makes me look forward to my next visit. I highly recommend Herald Square Dental, and can honestly say, u will not regret it. It is the best experience at the dentist office that I’ve ever had! It’s a 5 star all the way!

I have been going to herald square dental for over twelve years for regular checkup. For the first time I had to have an implant and was pleasantly surprised at how easily it happened. I have a healthy fear of dentist because of past experiences and Dr Alfred has helped me tolerate the visits well with his friendly chairside manner.

Cordial atmosphere, friendly staff & everything you need is on site. Dr. Pasch Is very diligent & concerning. He even called me at night to check up on me. I’ve seen many dentist in my day & never experienced that!

Herald Square Dental is a great place to go to for dentures! I got my dentures in one day. Dr. Pasch was absolutely terrific! He was calm, caring, and knowledgeable. The staff was kind and professional. This was my first time getting dentures so I was very nervous. I am very pleased with the results and will be coming back to HSD when needed. This was a good choice!
