Herbal Health Systems is the greatest!! I look forward to renewal time. Mr. Channing makes everything go smoothly with scheduling, and appointments. Dr. Dixon is very personable and thorough. He cares about his patients and takes the time to listen and find a solution together. This is the greatest team I have seen in 50 some odd years!!!

Channing and Dr. Dixon are always so helpful each year with my renewals. They make the process simple and easy to understand and Dr. Dixon truly cares about his patients and their well-being. I look forward to seeing them each time.

Delays getting appointment, and when you can't get certification to go through, upset, asking for written instructions, to assist with cognitive impairment, Channing decided to tell me it was too early in the morning, and he "don't do rude". I don't either, Dr Dixon put us in this situation, I will not use his office again, for both inability to keep appointments and Channing, who doesn't care about customer services, and thinks no one should ever get upset after ALL hassles. Surely another doctor or office can assist with patients without rudeness and canceling 3 times.

I LOVE HERBAL HEALTH SYSTEMS. Channing is truly the nicest, most personable person and Dr. Dixon is kind and comforting and respectful. This is my third year using Herbal Health, but the first time I went I honestly was nervous. I had no idea what to expect. Channing explains everything so clearly and makes sure you understand what ALL next steps look like. Channing also reminds patients every year to renew their card before it expires. If you think medical marijuana could improve your health, this is the best place to start your journey. Be well!

Channing is an amazing person a lot of people in this industry let the industry get to their head Channing remains humble down to earth and always willing to help Dr Dixon as always is much appreciated for his knowledge in the industry and suggestions for healthy cannabis ingestion!! This is one of those situations where I’d give 10 stars if I could. Incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful. Walked me through every step of the process and never made me feel naive. I would recommend them to anyone.

I've been a patient for years. It has always been an easy process, and the appointments are always on time. Dr. Dixon gives great advice during the appointments, and Channing makes sure you know exactly what you have to do before you leave. Parking is easy and the offices are clean. This is a very professional business. I'm proud to be a customer!

Absolutely the best, and easiest place to get your medical card! Both the staff and the doctors are terrific people that make the entire process super easy!

Overall a positive experience. I had a rocky start with my evaluation but after working with Channing the issues were cleared up.
