Had a great experience at Heritage Jeep Parkville. We live 5 hours away and were able to do everything through text, phone, and email. It was very easy! Then to top it all off, the awesome sales person Jeremy drove the car down to us! Thank you for everything!

Where do I even begin? There are so many amazing associates here who helped me get my dream car. Today I traded in my Dodge Dart and walked out with a car I'd never thought I'd own. I am now the proud owner of the Dodge Challenger 2022!! I keep thinking this isn't real, but it is. A huge shout out to Eric the GM for his patience with me. I am Autistic, sometimes I can be a bit much. However, he was more than accommodating and took note of my every concern. He worked hard to ensure I got the best price and everything was upfront. There were no hidden fees or gimmicks, if anything he helped me save thousands!!! His appraisal was honest and more than generous for my Dodge Dart. I felt like a queen in my chair the way Eric spoke to me. I felt so important and no question was a bother. We can't forget the Store Manager who helped adjust the price to match the offered one online. That attention to detail and honesty when it comes to buying a brand-new car is so important! I could have ended up paying more if the mistake wasn't caught on the Pencil in comparison to the online pricing. So that was awesome because I know for sure I got the best possible price with the rebate! Massive Brownie points to my sales rep Jesse! He took the time with me, sat down, and listened. We easily spent hours deciding the best trim that fit my needs. He listened to my dilemma between the R/T and GT, discussing the pros and cons, especially with winter approaching. His ability to listen and not try to persuade me one way or another really helped me feel comfortable. In the end, I know I made the best decision and I'm so thrilled to hold these Dodge keys in my hands! Jesse made this happen, from communication to reserving the car, to respecting my disability and treating me with both patience and compassion. He is super responsive to emails and his communication is top tier. I never had a doubt or reason to fret. He thoroughly checked the paperwork, specs, and made sure this car and the numbers were what I was after. Brian was awesome in helping finish up the deal and taught me all about the 2022 Challenger. He was easy to understand and that's saying something since I have a huge comprehension issue. I was able to follow along, get a visual and experience the luxury that Dodge offers. I'll be honest, I thought this fancy stuff was for people who bring in 6 figures or more a year, but no. Brian made me feel special sitting in that seat while he helped set up my phone and car step by step. If I didn't understand, he happily showed me again and offered his support in the event I couldnt remember. Once again, I felt so happy, so dare I say spoiled by this dealership and their willingness to help me. I would state I felt stupid for asking and they would assure me over and over that I was perfectly fine and encourage me to talk about absolutely anything I didn't comprehend. Financing was next and let me just say, my rep was great. I think his name was Kleek? I may have spelled that wrong, sorry. But he was efficient. While my brain was running laps, he helped keep me on track and everything organized. Everything was laid out, explained, shown and not rushed. I could take my time and get a better understanding of my options. Kleek again sorry if it's spelled wrong or wrong was so fast, I wasn't sure I was in financing. Other places take forever, but nope, in and out. Everything was signed and I could see the best packages for additional warranties. He explained them perfectly. He encouraged me to take my time and happily talked with me through it all. Now, this is where I will say what I didn't like but it's not the dealership. It's the third party diamond detailer that puts on the famous auto armor. They were an awful experience! Hunter lied through his teeth stating he detailed and cleaned my vehicle and reported that the auto armor was on the car. Wrong! My BRAND NEW CAR was filthy! He did the worst job possible and lied 2 times! Thankfully GM Brad was on it and GM Eric too. That is not their standard and assured me that it will be redone!
Jesse did an amazing job showing us all the vehicles we were interested in and helped us have a very positive buying experience. All the staff that helped us come up with a great deal were pleasant, attentive, and helpful. Would definitely recommend this dealership and Jesse as your salesman. Loving our new Jeep!

We came across a diesel Jeep gladiator from Heritage Jeep Parkville’s inventory, so immediately contacted the dealership. We first spoke to Jeff who gave us all the necessary information. We said we wanted to sit on it for a night, and would call back the next day. Before we got a chance though, the general sales manager, Erik, called us. In the end, we were sold with their price, service, and how quickly they worked that we decided to go down the same day. Before we headed down, they even got all our finances together. Erik knew we were coming five hours away, so he even followed up throughout our drive. I even received an email from Jeff confirming our appointment and to ask for him when we arrive. When we finally arrived at the dealership, the process went really smoothly. What really made our day was that the next day which was even a holiday, Jeff sent out a thank you email. About a week later the general manager sent me an email as well. Everything just felt like a VIP experience. We later realized that we were missing the front license plate bracket. At first, Jeff said it didn’t come with our model. I believe he continued looking into it, because instead of just leaving it at that, Jeff called back to let us know he was mistaken. He also already prepared shipping it over which we received the next day! Overall, I have to say that the people here goes above and beyond with their service. You won’t be disappointed. From the moment you place your first call until after you bring home your vehicle, they follow through all the way.
