Didnt turn up.At 9.15am had a phone call saying running late be about 30 mins.At 1030 still no plumber.So phoned up and said we are going out They had the cheek to ask when we shall be back at home.Said dont worry we wont be using your company,as cant turn up on time.Not very professional
