Heritage Hotel - Lancaster

I loved the dining area, so beautiful and waitresses were friendly and welcoming. The bed was so comfy I fell asleep so quickly. Room was clean and neat. Overall great experience.

Decent hotel with a nice bar. Great selection of beers. My only complaint is that check-in time is kind of late (4pm).

We were here for a training seminar and the staff was very accommodating to our every need and want. The food was good as well. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Great location. Clean but dated hotel badly in need of a facelift. Two star rating was earned due to torn carpet in room, handle falling off of door and poor customer service at front desk. That service is marginal at best. Desk attendant was missing for about 20 minutes and when she returned, was not pleasant, more like short with guests in line ahead of us and then with us. Whem we stay in a hotel, for us it is a mini vacation. To be subjected to a bad attitude, not necessary. There are several new properties in the area that we will likely choose moving forward.

The Front Desk Staff were the nicest people I've encountered at a Check-In. My room was clean and spacious. Dinner at the Loxley Restaurant was delicious. My bed was comfortable. The event I attended the following day was wonderful, and the Staff working to refill the fruit, vegetables, and cheese trays were efficient and personable. I will stay here again!
