I have worked with Heritage Property Management Services over the last 2.5 years and everyone I have had the pleasure to work with is efficient and extremely helpful. They have a HUGE responsibility, BELIEVE ME, ;) managing properties to maintain their property value in this competitive market. Dealing with multiple personalities of vendors and clients can honestly be quite a challenge, but not for Heritage. It's in their culture, it's in their Heritage... Hey, this review is EPIC, I think I should get paid for doing their copy...

My company has worked with Heritage for years as a vendor for their associations. We have always been treated fairly and invoices have been paid in a timely manner. If there is ever an issue we can reach out to Jason and he handles it quickly.

Can I give zero stars? All of these positive reviews have to be FAKE! I have never met such a large amount of people who are consistently incompetent. I have called numerous times because we always have a different property manager. That has to be saying something about the company. But to try to speak to a supervisor is impossible. How does Carl or Kelly get into a supervisory position and NEVER EVER returns a phone call or email? No wonder they can't keep employees or clients. Accounting is awful, I have had late fees that were applied because of one day difference. Not sure if it is because the department is slow or behind. Don't penalize me for something i cannot control. Do not move into a community that is managed by this company if you can help it.You will REGRET IT!

Last week, I spoke with an account receivables specialist, Wednesday Brown. She was awesome and helped me through the transition from one property management to another. She was able to give me a detailed instructions on what I needed to do, and even followed up with me with an email after our initial conversation. Being a part of a business where communication is important, I wanted to write about how much easier she made the process-as well as my day!

Polina Williams is fantastic! She is quick to respond and always has an answer. I know I can always go to her with questions and will receive a quick and knowledgeable response.
