Came in to browse some ring options for me and my fiance, the service was excellent and the lady that worked with us was very helpful in explaining the different gemstone options and rings. Helped us find affordable yet nice options for when we do decide what to get, as well as things to look out for when buying online/elsewhere. They had a wide variety selection, and brought out anything we could imagine. The only down part was the men's selection wasn't amazing, however we had some pretty specific thoughts with how we wanted the men's ring. I am very satisfied with my experience, it was better than I expected by far. Not too pushy on sales either.

Was recommended to go here to sell some jewelry, I was extremely unimpressed with the rude customer service and lack of help. The store is outdated and frankly I don't trust the advice given from a such establishment. Overall, it was a major waste of time and gas. Don't bother making your way here only to receive snarky and rude service.
