Hernandez Tire Shop

Drive in with a nail in my tire Hernandez Tire shop was their to assist me for a reasonable price didn't take long was finished and on my way in less then a half hour. Recommended for those with nails and are in a hurry.

Came here for a patch job $25 when most places do it for free by the way. I didn't expect that price but the job was done already. Anyways I noticed its still leaking the next day so I came back. He suggest that I just buy another used tire for $50 instead of checking it out again. I've had plenty of patch jobs done before on previous tires and not one had ever failed. I think the guy did a poor patch job or no patch job at all to only try to get me to buy another used tire from them. Well I hope that $25 was worth my business in the future because I won't be coming here no more.

Not the right tire size for 60 bucks. I've had better service at other places Update: I included photos. Not only did this man charge me 60 bucks for the wrong tire but it went flat on me in 2 DAYS!!! While I was there he said a new tire would cost me $120! This is a dishonest business. I'm guessing that the flat tire I brought him was repairable and he just took my tire and replaced it with something that was going to fail. Now I'm at another place getting my tire repaired. Do not trust them!

This place is the Biggest SCAM tire shop in the area. My strongly advice for the people which are taking in consideration to stop by to The Hernandez 'theft' tires shop is do Don't make the same mistake I already did. Their "new" replaced tire screwed my car direction and when I came back the 'gypsy' behavior owner woman from the office got mad because I insisted to change this bomb tire and she physically pushed me outside of the shop area if you can believe how I was treated. I had to stop by on the shoulder of the roar and chance myself this bad tire with the spare wheel because I was unable to drive the car above 60 miles per hour on freeway, the car was literally shacking especially the steering wheel and my car direction was going on the right side so I had to constantly straighten the car in the right direction, to go straight ahead. They refuse to balance the tire because they know the tire may be bad, so he customer will not gonna be able to see that after they install the new tire on the pretext that a new tire does not need balance because it is new, although I insisted, my request was completely denied and I mention again the latino woman physically pushed me outside of the shop area and told me to move on.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THE LADY WHICH I BELIEVE IS THE OWNER IS AMAZING. I NEEDED 2 TRAILER TIRES THAT NO ONE IN THE AREA HAD. SHE FOUND 2 AND WENT TO PICK THEM UP AND HAD HER WORKER INSTALL THEM. IT WAS CLOSING TIME BUT THEY DID NOT CARE. THANKS TO HERNANDEZ TIRE SHOP, I WAS ABLE TO MAKE IT TO MY DESTINATION AND DID NOT POSTPONE MY LABOR DAY TRIP. I OWE THEM BIG!! I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK FOR SERVICE, AND TO STOP BY TO SAY HI.

Took good care of me. I requested to change my center caps in the middle of the process and with out a problem they took the rims off and pushed out center caps without trying to pick them out. Were very careful and fast. After installation they were getting ready to go home. It was past 6 pm, went ahead and closed the shop door down. After driving off. It was showing on the dash that one of the sensors wasnt reading tire pressure, i went back, With out a problem they went ahead and opened shop door back up and were ready to take the rim off, But first told me to drive it a block and sure enough before i even got to foothill it showed up on the dash as it, they were all working fine. Very thankful and left very happy, thanks again

If I can give this place a zero I would. So I go in right, he gives me a price, 10 minutes pass, then his paisa friend goes inside, he comes back out and tells me it's gonna be $35 more

I had a customer who caught a flat tire at my office and needed help. I googled tire shop near me and the Hernandez tire shop came up as less than a mile away. My customer had no tools so he couldn’t take the tire to the shop. However, the kind lady who answered the phone sent a mechanic out to come pick up the tire and take it to their shop and replaced it with another tire, then brought the tire back to my office for my customer. I know tire shops don’t normally provide this kind of service, but The Hernandez shop went above and beyond to help my customer when they desperately needed it. Thank you guys!

Hernandez Tire’s is such a friendly welcoming shop, they are quick waited no more than 30 min to get my tires done.

Super friendly. Called for a quick quote to change my tire, owner answered the phone very quickly with kindness and gave me a fast quote over the phone. They started to get busy once I arrived, but I was out with enough time.
