I had the Signature Burger. It was a good burger. I also has a chicken parm burger. It was served piping hot. It was decent. Good fries. Poutine was great highly recommend. Limited selection of beer. Not a large place but it has a lot of seating including patio seating. Friendly staff.

The burgers are average. Not amazing but decent. Not worth the price though.

So I come here 3x a week. Today they get my order wrong and I go back and ask them to replace it with the correct one. The cashier tells me she can't do that. Um... you can't give a customer what they paid for? Abysmal customer service. They lost a customer for good.

Best burger place in NYC, very tender meat and big portions. fries and onion rings are also very good. fast service! only thing they may want to change is the store.. little bit old and small

The hero burger was just ok. Buns was kind of dry and nothing spectacular about the patty. Service was great though and they were very polite and accommodating. Might give the other burgers a try.

My family ordered food from there which looked good but looks can be deceiving. One burger was had toppings I requested not to have. The WORST and most DISGUSTING part was the HAIR in the fish sandwich. I will never get food from this place again.
