Herron Park Playground & Sprayground

This place is great to take the kids. I like that they have the water going out at different *heights. *Don't know how else to explain So the smaller babies can also play around with the water. The bathrooms are clean, and everything is well kept.

I was there to visit the Band of Brothers monument, not the playground. Monument was awesome and humbling. Playground/park could use a little upkeep.

Been coming here 10+ years and it's still the same... Great place!!

Nice family park with safe and clean playground, chairs and benches. Sprinklers for the kiddos during the summer. Sweet full basketball court with black top.

Our family had such an amazing time! Great way to beat the 103° dog days of summer in good ole South Philly!!!

My kids loved the park. It was fun and safe park. Especially for the summer the kids get wet.

Came on a very hot early September day. No water on at this point and rest of park is pretty hot/out in the open. Two of the 3 jungle gyms have techie or sliding skateboard style components & seem to be in bad need of repairs and barely function. A disappointment to travel here from another neighborhood. Seems good for bigger kids on a cooler day who are willing to climb anything.

My soon to be wife and I had a great time. Her son is older and still had a good day. My daughter is younger she loved it There is fun for all ages if u can stand your own company..lol... Thank god I can. It was a blast best day of the summer so far.

Clean,relaxed park. Can just sit there and lets the kids run without stressing. Plenty to do here. Theres a park on one side a little water park on the other side. Plenty of tables to sit at. Plenty of ways to workout while kids play if thats what you want to do.
