Great experience. The union NJ location really left me in a bind canceled my car unexpectedly when I was almost there, so I called this location. Cheri was amazing and really helped me out. I couldn't be happier to give this location a positive review.
The staff was very patient and got everything right. The van we picked up was very clean, drives great and they were happy to do an extra Covid clean. Highly recommend this Hertz.

Small, tight space. But the lady behind the counter - Jackie - was smart, efficient, friendly and took the initiative to go out of her way to help us. 3 stars for the infrastructure, 6 stars for the service and Jackie... makes for a 4 star rating
