Hertz Rent A Car

I’ve had the best experience ever with the staff! The associate offered me the best car at the best rate, also, she was very flexible with me when I had to extend my reservation and return date, she’s amazing! Also, the office manager, Travis, was just awesome when I had an emergency and needed a car Thank you so much guys! A great team makes a great company!

The people at this location are so incredibly kind! Left something super in a rental that I dropped off last week. Lonnie has gone above and beyond in trying to reconnect me with my lost item. Just want to say thanks again! Ps. The rental process was easy and the car was clean and a great drive while my car was in the shop

Very bad service, I had reserved a van 3 months ago, last week the Manager of this office called me to ask that van was not available, but will replace with box truck. I was Ok, and today I was at the office at 8:00am, and the lady in front desk told me that the only car available was a mini van. I was shocked because at 12pm I had to transfer all stuff from a bedroom in Boston. Can you imagine the stress that this office causes to me and my family??? The expression that....: What you can not buy with money... you can buy with more money.... was true. I found another company more expensive but better service.

Closed at the return date Monday Jan 2nd and there was no drop off box for the keys, so I had to drive to the airport to drop it off after calling lots of agents on the phone who refused to help last one suggested dropping it off at the airport, then finally the airport agent was extremely rude and shouting at me.

Upon picking up the vehicle customer service was great, the young lady I believe her name was Avery was professional and appeared to know the aspects of her role. I was in and out. The vehicle was smelled horrible, was dirty and not maintenance before renting it out, both the oil light and low tire pressure lights were on. Upon drop off customer service not so much, the gentleman not sure of his name but sat to the far back of the establishment was abrupt and very unfriendly. Not someone to do business with. Its sad we have these businesses in the community but then have to deal with unprofessional and inviting to their service type if behavior. NOTE TO MANAGEMENT: Get some customer service training for yourself because staff were great…. management was the problem

The worst place to rent a car, no great communication that tell you they have your vehicle make you go there , no car available they can’t even give you ETA on when the car will be available. I would never go back to get a car. If it wasn’t for my road trip with my kids I wouldn’t get NO CARS from them.

Everyone beware. Hertz is falsely filing stolen car reports on their customers even after the car is returned because they fail to clear up any reports reported to local police. I never like hertz and my insurance company said they would pay Fri. Car with them for a fay. I said absolutely not because Hertz gave me a bad experience when I tried to rent with them. I could have been one if those falsely accused customers and arrested even though I work for Enterprise Rental car.

If I could give a 0 I would. Please be aware that this hertz represents having bad customer services with one of the highest positions there at this branch. I was disrespected by the Manager just because I was trying to established a understanding on my reservation price the difference between my email and the branch price. In the mist of that his employee was riding around in the rental I was going to drop off while my contract is still open, but that is professional? Is it professional for staff to lie to you about policies when they really just want to keep the car for their personal use? This location is a joke

All the cars reek of Marijuana most likely from the employees and have low tire pressure. Titus the manager does not car and does not answer emails.
