Hertz Rent A Car

Most Rude agency. Charged me for fuel even through I returned the car with full tank. Not ready to have a conversation and hung up on me saying call 800 number for every sentence I speak calmly.

Do not recommend!!!. They don't pick your call at first instance, I called them before booking for around 20 minutes get a confirmation if they have a shuttle and after half hour of trying they said they don't have shuttle from airport and should take train at my own expense to reach the rental location.

I booked a car a week in advance of my reservation. Upon arrival they told me they did not have any cars that I had booked in stock. And they try to downgrade me to a compact vehicle. I asked if they can give me something comparable or similar and they refused. So disappointing.

They are the best so helpful so kind and professional I will refer and always be a hertz client. Now please get better rates cheaper and I want and need coupons. Lately I have been renting fr you a lot. My personal vehicle is out of commission. So I' be been spending a lot of money with hertz.

2nd time renting a car ever. This was the place with the best pricing and I could take the train here to bypass traffic. With promo codes and AAA you get great deals and unlimited miles. I rented a car at Enterprise my other time and it was so much more of a pain. Will stay with hertz now. This location was pretty fast and easy too.
