Hess Rehabilitation Centers

This rehab center is great , i suffered a really bad car accident and the staff there are incredible. Ashley is amazing, she was unbelievably helpful form the first visit , she is always super friendly and willing to answer any questions i had and was super supportive through the process. I highly recommend this rehab center because of Ashley and all she does for her patients

Hi my name is Christina I've been coming here due to a car accident. I just want you all to know the staff is so great at what they do and very welcoming right when you walk in. It's a fantastic and comfortable place to get all that needs to be done at Hess Rehabilitation & chiropractic in Rancho Cucamonga CA thank you all so much for your hard work...I recommend everyone to come here you guys won't regret it.

This place is horrendous! Filthy! I honestly don't know how they have not been fined or something for some kind of health violation. Their equipment is incredibly old and dirty. I hope no one gets sick from this place. This is exactly this dirty kind of practices that is why MRSA exists and is killing so many people in medical facilities. My review is long over due so if things have changed dramatically in the last year then good for them and everyone involved but when I went the floor was so dirty it was black. The equipments is not cleaned after patients use. Was old, dusty, even the recptionist had a bad attitude and the female doctor? Was dressed like she was getting ready to go to a club or something...extremely unprofessional. I demanded to be sent to a different treatment facility immediately. I refused to return. I have never seen such a poor environment especially im Rancho Cucamonga. You just dont expect to see a place like that in this kind of city. This wasnt even up to ghetto standards as far I'm concerned. I sincerely hope this place has changed for the sake of health for all.

I’m Jose Juan, I started to come here for my lower back pain, I must say this place is very friendly, always neat and clean, the staff is very professional, I highly recommend this place and this specific location too, as they have several spots. But this location is the best.

Very happy with Dr. Peter Paul, scheduling is easy and very accommodating...office is clean, bright and comfortable. STAFF is AWESOME!!
