Hess Rehabilitation

This place is top of the line, I’ve been receiving treatment here for 4 months, up to 3 times a week, not once have I had an unpleasant experience. I’ve mainly dealt with Chantel who is courteous and professional at all times, she is always helpful if I need to reschedule do to work and accommodating around my schedule. Let alone a great personality and daily attitude to all the patients. The Doctors are very knowledgeable and compassionate. They continually ask questions about how my treatments are going and how to improve. Definitely one of the most seamlessly ran medical offices I’ve received treatment from.

I was recommended this place after a car accident I was in that jacked my back up and man am I glad I listened. The place is very clean, and the staff is super knowledgeable, flexible with your schedule, and couldn’t be nicer. I have had a few different staff members work on me, and all have been great, but for the most part it has been Shantell. She has been nothing short of amazing! She knows what she is doing and pays close attention to exactly where you say the pain is coming from and targets the treatments accordingly. Because of this my back is so much better and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service she and the other staff members have provided me. I have even had to cancel a couple of appointments last minute and they couldn’t have been more cool about it. All around 5 star rating!

Back in April I got into an accident that caused serious back pain, I was recommended to Hess and I can say this was THE BEST decision ever.I have been attending Hess Rehabilitation for three months now and the staff here is AMAZING! Everyone here is super accommodating as to making sure they are mending to the pain with care and knowledge. Shantell always makes sure you are comfortable as well as being super informative and friendly! Thank you Shantell for everything! And thank you for ALL your help Hess Rehabilitation Center!

This place was great. I made my appointments and was always seen on time with zero wait time. Front desk is always flexible with last minute changes. The place is simple and clean.

Have an amazing staff . They are very nice and professional . They have no problem accommodating if you need to reschedule. Overall a very clean and safe environment !
