Heuser Hearing Institute

A facility completed dedicated to hearing and ear issues. They are helping people recover from hearing loss as well as inner ear balance problems! Excellent caring staff is very professional.

Barb Martin is absolutely amazing! She genuinely cares about people and is willing to reach out beyond the scope of her “job”. I didn’t think people like her still existed in this day and time of healthcare, I am so thankful for meeting her.

Megan Trinkle was very helpful. I am trying to get as much as I can from my current hearing aids. They are not as high tech as the newer ones but I can’t afford new ones. Megan understood my situation and took the time to adjust the aids so that I am getting the maximum from them.

I love Heuser Hearing Institute. My daughter has been going here since she was about 2. The audiologist are amazing! We love the speech therapist. My daughter look forward to seeing her each week! She has made major improvements.

My intake was excellent. Everything went quickly and smoothly. The receptionist was especially welcoming and helpful. The test-givers were cheerful and considerate. All my questions were answered well. All in all it was a very positive experience.

These guys are really thorough!! Very kid friendly and huge play areas indoors for them. It's an old building, but dont be alarmed. It is very clean and quiet.

Got an appointment in a week. I was impressed with the time they spent with me, answering many questions and explaining options to me. I feel very comfortable they will address my needs in the best way, not some pre determined sales plan or promotion they are pursuing.
