Hi Bombay

We picked up food this afternoon and were surprised to see that the food came in a soup cup. Attached is a picture of the tandoori roti which was so thick that we couldn’t even it. How does this place has 4.4 google rating? It should be more like 0.4. Never had such low standard Indian food

That was the first time eating Indian cuisine for me and I was a little worried not to like it at all. It was DELICIOUS! I live in NYC and now crave their naan and shrimp masala. Highly recommend!

I went to Hi Bombay today and it was amazing! The food is the best Indian food around. I traveled up from New Hampshire because I heard great things and was impressed. The service is great! It was a really busy day and everyone in the restaurant seemed very happy. The food was great! I would definitely recommend this place!

Excellent Indian food. Living in New England, I had internalized the belief that "if you want great Indian food you need to drive down to New Jersey or New York", so I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious the food was at this small Portland restaurant. The naans were authentic, and somosas fresh.

My go-to Indian food place in Portland for years and never disappoints. Always try something on the menu I haven’t had before, and it’s typically a pleasant surprise. So glad this one made it through the shutdowns and is still going strong.

Good food specially the hose special biryani and bhendi masala which on first appearance was a let down as it wasn't dry but on trying it we all liked it Have a wide range of menu choice which is also unusual in Maine

Best indian food in town. Hi Bombay is my go-to takeout spot. I have ordered a lot of different dishes and all of them are absolutely delicious. If I could, I'd give it 6stars.

I will say, they serve raw curry! Most of the meat, veggies were not cooked properly. I have a bad experience here. We went there by seeing the good reviews but experience was super bad!
