Hi Sound Karaoke

If you haven't tried Korean/Japanese style karaoke before, you're in for a real treat. Basically, you rent a private room that contains its own karaoke setup, so you and your friends can belt out the hits of the '80s without being embarrassed. About 60% K-Pop/J-Pop and 40% Western music. Rooms were very clean, sound system worked okay. The karaoke system had NO CLUE about the lyrics for a bunch of Western songs. There's a bar inside, and prices were EXTREMELY fair for this sort of establishment. I didn't pay, so I can't quote the price.

So much fun! I don't read any other languages so selecting songs was trying but so so so much fun!

The place is clean and new looking, however there aren't a ton of English language songs to choose from, which meant that we kind of ran out of things to sing. We also didn't get our birthday rate, which is the whole reason we came here instead of KBox, and it ended up being kind of pricey for what we got.

The interior was very clean, stylish, and functional. The rooms were not totally soundproofed, but the JBL speakers were great and you were really immersed in the music inside each room. The leather sofas were in great condition and the lighting/atmosphere was fun. The room had several tambourines also, which was a pleasant surprise that made more people able to participate in the songs. The bar had plenty of options (more than I expected). The staff were friendly and accommodating. The only issue was that the KTV system was a little confusing and had limited English song selection. Most of the songs had very strange 80s stock footage and questionable lyrical synchronization, but we were still able to find enough songs we liked to be entertained for 3 hours. However, don't expect to find all your favorite songs. Despite the KTV system drawbacks, the experience was still 5 stars for the high quality amenities and atmosphere.

I went there last friday, it was awesome, we got so much fun there, definitely coming back again!
