7 years in, panes of glass have started to shatter on their own accord in my conservatory shattering from the inside. Told it's not covered by the 10 year guarantee. Having spent £25k with this company on windows, doors, conservatory, it's fair to say i'm disappointed. Age old story, all smiles and service upfront but don't bank on or take comfort in any rhetoric in respect of aftersales.

We have had a new conservatory installed and from the beginning to completion the service and installation was excellent. The quality of the finish was excellent, thanks to Shaun and his son for the high quality finish and providing information and updates on the build. Thanks to Dave who came out to provide quotation. We would highly recommend as this exceeded my expectations. Thanks to everyone who was part of this project.

Living in a conservation area, getting planning permission wasn’t the easiest thing in the world but High Tech managed it. It is now a few months on and with snow rain and hail, our new windows have really made our house warmer than the previous double glazing. From the inside the windows look superb, the little monkey handles are a delight. So many neighbours have taken the time to let me know how the sashes have transformed the house. And the etched glass in the bathrooms have added a real touch of class. The workmen were great and cleared up after themselves daily. They took extra care to make sure they completed the kitchen and utility room in one day so the dogs weren’t too put out. This involved three windows and two pairs of French doors. I have had windows replaced in other houses by other companies but High Tech excelled.

My windows and patio doors were installed over 10 years ago. The service at the point of sale and installation were very good and all appointments were as agreed. After a couple of years, I had a slight sealant problem on the patio doors. This was rectified very quickly - no problems since. Just before the 10 year warranty expired, I had a condensation issue with a bathroom window. Communication initially was difficult - we were in the middle of lockdown. After that, despite not being the ownership team that actually sold and installed my windows, my issue was responded to quickly and resolved very satisfactorily. No problems since. So a recommendation after 11 years can’t be bad!!

Had high tech windows for many years with no problems until now when handle broke. Can't fault the service from both the receptionist and Neil in supplying a new handle, which fitted perfectly given that my windows have older style handles. Would highly recommend their product, service is impeccable. Thank You.

Just a warning to all High Tech windows customers to check the status of your CERTASS certificates! When you come to sell a property which has had new windows fitted you should have a FENSA or CETASS certificate as part of the house sale. We spent £34K on new hardwood windows with High Tech and it now transpires that they did not apply for a certificate for the installation! Not only have they been negligent in their duty but also obstructive on phone calls saying we should have kept the certificates even though they knew they had not applied for them! Absolutely shocked and appalled by their lack of professional conduct!

We waited three weeks for a salesman to do a site visit. Was supposed to turn up today at 14:00 - actually called at 14:05 to say he was running late and was just setting off. When I asked why we were not given a courtesy call to inform us he would be late - a glib and sarcastic response was given. If they can't even be trusted to be punctual or polite in the first instance - why would I trust them with working on my house?

Very poor experience. Windows arrived with parts missing - safety features, the glass itself. Installers made a mess. Windows damaged during installation. Took a long time to get remedied. Used them 10+ years ago and was happy so went straight to them in our next property without considering anyone else. However staff had moved on and ownership changed. I will never use them again.

All our windows have been fitted by high tech very good well made products , went back and had patio doors front and back fitted crew very professional, friendly and they clean up as they go highly recommend

Absolutely fantastic! Great to have an actual showroom. Dave Rees-Jones is a star - was so very helpful. We shall definitely be have a conservatory from here ASAP. Can't recommend it highly enough!!!
