It’s not that bad of a place. The building I’m in is quiet and I have a couple neighbors that are pretty nice and other just keep to themselves. It’s small and cozy and a good place for just 2 people Office staff is nice to me and works with us on stuff needed. Only thing bad is parking otherwise love my building and neighbors.
This community has improved minimally. Our apartment no longer has roaches, but the appliances are still from the 90's. Now they are giving away $500 for a good review on Google, not going to happen.
At first it was all good, now not so much. We had an employee yell and my kids and throw a shovel of snow at them, nothing was done. Now a ups package was delivered to the apartment across from us shes an employee of the apartments as well and she never returned it to us, again nothing done.!
Ive recently moved here four months ago....i love how the office takes care of our needs especially Mariah she is awesome and everyone else too Love how polite and nice attitude they have not like those other places that are workimg for a paycheck and treat people bad
You’re better off living in a tent and being homeless, than to waste your money here.
I've lived here for two months. Honestly I don't know why the complex gets such bad rap. The customer service is great from the office staff to the maintenance team. And for the price of $850 it is an amazing apartment and well kept. And I am saying this as someone who is living here and is experiencing the great staff at the property .
