Hidden Lake Laundromat

I loved the place. Had no problems, this was a month ago. Going back now to do it again. Clothes came very clean , big dryers that work well ! Great experience and the best part is they are open till midnight ! Felt very safe here as well ! Highly recommend !

HL laundromat was the worst experience I've ever encountered. When it's a self-service laundromat in which you do clean your own clothes I was doing just that and then coming upon buying a $1 washing laundry soap the machine had never dispensed what I had paid for following talking to the owner of the business he had further went to open the machine and accuse me of not paying for the soap this was wrong on his part I know I had properly paid for the exact amount of which it had needed in order to get soap to clean my clothes. Why wouldn't I get soap everyone knows that you need soap to clean your clothes. Furthermore as we continue to exit the building when we were done with our laundry the owner had accused me and my spouse for being garbage this was a lack of hospitality and a lack of respect entirely. I strongly feel that this business was not what it is all thought out to be since the time that I had entered into that building I felt stereotyped and profiled for under which I do not understand why. The man had a lot of anger and I honestly feel that he should not be working with people as he would make you feel like you're complete dirt I'm going to share this amongst my friends and amongst anyone on social media that should know that this business has the worst owner and which he does not have what it takes to make a customer feel comfortable to simply do and clean their laundry in such a hostile environment. I know my post and my thoughts and opinion can go a long ways especially when it comes to the reviews of this company.

I come every weekend morning & it's convenient for me. The owner even gave me $ to dry because I was the first customer of the day. Pretty nice. Very. Good place

So , i wanna give a special Thanks to the Owner David for giving the oppurtunity to Give a honest riview i know in the past maybe some people had bad expirinces but thankfully since David Has bought this place his goal has bin one and thats help people and this laundry is affordable for everyone with the washers being $4.25 for a big load or dryiers being 25 Cents to dry he is bearly just starting to fix the place but its become a great to wash More amazing things are comming ill be updating with more great news about this place and its open 7 days a week from 5:30 am - 12:00 Am check it out defintly recommend. also has a restroom for customers and has washing service for $1.25 Per pound of clothes.

Very clean and well maintained. We met the owner this morning and he was phenomenal. He even rewarded our girls for folding their laundry. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Nice, cool, and clean!!

My sister and I got stranded and had to do some laundry because we didn’t pack enough. An employee of this establishment was so kind and gave us some detergent to use after we explained our situation to her. We greatly appreciate her kindness.

When I first moved to Arvada a yr ago it was under new management I met the gentleman who was taking over the laundry mat and he was super nice then and he today is still the nicest gentleman I met 1 yr ago.. when ever I come in its always clean an the dryers always work to me that's a win win..

This place is awesome not too busy and its location is convenient. There are other places around that you can search for if you get hungry, There's McDonald's, lil Mexican food if you feel like working out , and there is a fitness center if you need a tool, like a 10 mm because we all have misplaced the one we had, there's ACE. if you are thirsty, there's a nice little liquor store all within walking distance. The technology for machines is quite sufficient for the Era. There's usually a staff member around so if you need any assistance, they are welcome to help you out in any way they can. I enjoy coming here I'm in, I'm out. 5

Best laundromat around. Owner super nice and helpful. The washer and dryers are top notch. CLEAN CLEAN. Ample space to work around. Please stop by and use this business. Hands down the best experience ever.

I paid 6$ for a washer that hardly used any water. This is my second time coming here & it’s been like that both times which is upsetting!
