High 5 Plumbing

Dakota was super helpful, friendly, and patient with me as he walked through my issue and resolution. He made this experience very manageable. I hope he is getting the recognition he deserves. One critique I have for the company is the cost for work is highly inflated. The only reason for paying it is because I know now that my work has a warranty. I’m sure a few professional plumbers could have quoted me far less. Dakota deserves 10 out of 5 stars. The company, not so much for price gouging.Service: Plumbing leak detection

Was ripped off. A tenant reported an issue with a faucet in one of my rental properties. It's a 30 minute job, max. I'm out of town, so had my property manager set up an appointment with High 5 Plumbing. They have a 50$ trip charge that will be waived under certain circumstances. The tech arrived and was in my house for almost an hour to complete the repair according to them, my tenants and property manager have a different, shorter timeline, then handed me a bill for $230. This included the 50$ "discount" as they called it for the waived trip fee that's not a discount, but whatever When questioned about the high cost and amount of time spent, High 5 Plumbing defended their price with the distance the tech had to drive to get to my place even though that time / cost was allegedly "waived". This implies fairly explicitly that the trip fee was actually not waived, but instead is baked into the overall cost. Not sure what they waived? Regardless of their shifty trip charge, we were way overcharged. Other plumbing companies in Denver were very upfront with this job "likely not exceeding their minimum" their words, and the minimum was around 50% less than what I was charged by High 5 Plumbing. High 5 Plumbing was not able to give a quote over the phone, either. We will not be making this mistake again, I recommend you not make this mistake either.

Morgan, and Jesus did an amazing job. The kitchen sink drain started leaking grey water into the basement wall. They were able to diagnose the issue the same day I called them and fix things up by the next day. They left the places they worked cleaner than when they found them. Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly crew. They definitely made a stressful situation completely painless. Morgan was nice to point out what might go wrong next. I’m a very satisfied customer. I hope I won’t need their services in the near future but if I do I’ll definitely use high 5 plumbing again! I’m very satisfied.
