The staff was super friendly, everything was nice inside. I'm a first time buyer in the DC area and only a second user at all...I received an edible gift, I tried 2 at once-nothing, waited 1.5 hours are 2 more- nothing. Waited 2 hours tried 4 at once. Still nothing at all. for someone who's only done this once, I'm pretty disappointed that I've had to consume 8 pieces and still had very very little to no experience. I wasted my money. I would not recommend to anyone. Sorry.

I am a regular customer here and was very excited to experience the new shop after nearly a month of closure. Prices are reasonable and a wide variety of products for your varying needs. I went on March 28th and was actually pretty disappointed in the customer service I received. The armed guard at the front was friendly, but as soon as I walked into the show room, the male cashier was pretty nasty. He would roll his eyes when I had a question, and was very abrasive in his conduct. I actually left not wanting to return after that experience. This was the first time I've experienced this particular gentleman on the register, and can describe him thoroughly to the manager who reaches out following this review. Please note, all of the other staff are phenomenal and I would have left 5 stars if it were not for that engagement.

Their flower is not worth the trip. That "purple stuff" and "some kinda kush" I got on 4/19/19, garbage. I find random people on the street with better quality and prices. Or just go a few doors down and pay a little more for much better quality. And their pre-rolled moonrock is suspect. Why can't I buy it not pre-rolled. Used to be a quality spot, but now off my list of options.

I was about to complain but this was my first time ordering from the delivery option. Which was a long wait I’m very impatient , so it could’ve been me lol but I was compensated For my long wait time. Love it love it love it ! Keep taking my money lol

Recently had the pleasures of enduring our first visit to this shop & I must say the experience was outstanding...Soon as the gentleman learned it was our first visit he went above and beyond to guide us & It was personable, so yeah great vibes.I'll definitely return...its a bit of a drive but it will be better next time cuz we know how to get there We got a lil turned around...but finally found our way Thanx Higher Limits

They've truly fallen off. Don't keep to delivery orders. Customer service is horrible. They were much better as a storefront. Not worth the effort.

Great products and amazing service but why do you never stay open until 11pm? Fix your hours or follow them please.
