I live here with my brother, my husband and my teenage daughter. Nice place, it's quiet, peaceful, wonderful neighbors that look out for you and your family. I just have a problem with the office staff. They turn your water off without any type of notice. My washer, dishwasher or I'll be in the shower and nope water goes off. Like are you serious right now? On top of all of that we were in the process of buying a trailer and the lady from the other office sold it out from under us. So we ended up getting our second choice and smaller trailer. No pool nice little park though.
I've lived here for almost 4 years. Grant it at first we had trouble with a neighbor but that neighbor is now gone. Otherwise, we haven't had any trouble here. Teresa is an awesome manager! She does what she can to work with people here. She is doing her best to make improvements but it takes time.
I have lived here for 4 years and since Teresa took over in here I've seen numerous improvements. New tralors have been brought in and most of the Crack heads and trouble makers have been removed. I beleave Teresa is a awesome manager here
Pulling in it looks ok until you actually get in the trailer park. Some place look like a junk yard and it seems trashy and considering the area it's in.
I use to live in there along time ago when Sam and her husband was managers happy I left out of there the people who had that place after they lived where the worst landlords I ever had people neighbor can just up and walk in your trailer without knocking if I was running that the people who was causing the drama and trouble would have got a evicted out of there and that's against the law to walk in someone's home without knocking IMPD should know better on that one. The drunk 2 doors down should learn to quit coming at someone's trailer unannounced causing trouble take your drunken self home. Too much money for the rent there someone stole my washer and dryer dirty trailer park. DO NOT MOVE IN THERE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING IN THERE.
DONT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!! They have new management, and the lease the new management is sending its tenants, is at least 25 pages long and clearly violates not only personal rights, but it violates Indiana laws as well...Let me give some examples...Management can enter tenants home, WITHOUT PROPER NOTIFICATION WHENEVER THEY SO CHOOSE AND WITHOUT REASON...And TENANTS are responsible for paying property taxes...THEY ARE RENTERS...Oh and this one...Indiana law clearly stares that LANDLORDS are responsible for plumbing and water, but here, if your pipes were to freeze and bust, they make the tenant pay the cost to fix it, and at $150 an hour none the less...There is so much more than this but I'm not going to go into all of it...Bottom line...DONT MOVE HERE!!! IF YOU LIVE HERE, MOVE OUT BEFORE YOUR RIGHTS ARE VIOLATED...AND IF YOU LIVE HERE AND YOUR RIGHTS HAVE ALREADY BEEN VIOLATED, THERE ARE ATTORNEYS WHO CAN HELP YOU...I can appreciate property management wanting to and trying to clean up a property, but they have no right to violate tenants rights in the process...
We have lived here for almost 5 months and absolutely love it. It is a down to earth place to live. Some yards could be picked up a bit but nothing terrible. Michael is no longer in the office since the park was sold. We hated to hear that. We own our home outright so all we have is lot rent and water/sewer to pay. And that is Reasonable.
I didn't really visit this place I was only turning around however the streets have huge holes in them everywhere, so be careful and alert if and when you drive thru there. Other than the fact that I would never live there and I heard a bunch of screaming and yelling in the short time that I was there. Hopefully they clean things up around there.
Their so worried about the residents having pools, kids toys on the yard etc, but watch it omg roads are covered with holes after holes you can't drive down any road their isnt huge pot holes!! I'm sorry but they have been under new mgmt they should've had these darn roads fixed by now!!!
I have lived here 7 months now.....they are improving Soo much!!! The office staff is amazing!!! Maintenance is great!!! If I have a problem they are quick to fix it!!! The neighborhood is quite.. we have not had any issues here at all!!! I would recommend it to anyone looking!!! There are bunches of new homes coming inthey are beautiful. Great place to live!!
