Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. They were able to get me in for an x ray and a procedure the same day and Dr. Smith was kind, compassionate, and put you at ease. Everyone was so warm and friendly and made you feel welcome and comfortable from the moment you walked in. I will never go to another dentist. Couldn’t recommend Highland Heights Dental enough!

Craig Smith and his staff are always professional. We appreciate that they are punctual and polite. We have always had good teeth cleanings and Dr. Smith has done some other procedures that have been top notch. We also love that we can sign up our family to be covered for dental care through the office and not worry about dental insurance.

It’s a nice atmosphere! Felt good right when I walked in. Staff were friendly. Hygienist, Lisa was super sweet. She made the appointment feel more relaxed. The dentist Dr Smith was really kind. All around great first visit.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Smith and the entire staff at this office. No surprise to many people, going to the dentist sucks! But, I’ve never felt so comfortable and cared for! First time I went last year, I hadn’t been to the dentist in years. I was so worried about being judged and didn’t get one bit of that when I was there. Now going every 6 months with my kids and they are the best ever! Dr. Smith is amazing with my young kiddos too. Couldn’t recommend a better place to go. After a bad dentist experience years ago, I’ve been scared of going back to any dentist. A coworker of mine told me about this office and reassured me on how kind and caring they are. I had my appointment this morning and I was not disappointed. My hygienist, Lisa, did an amazing job. She was kind, empathetic towards me and my nerves, but she also educated me on the health of my mouth. Thank you, Lisa!

I've been seeing Dr Smith for almost 15 years now. Great staff and great treatment. They handle my anxiety very well and make me feel more comfortable with keeping my appointments.

My husband has been going here since before we were married and after we got married, I started going too. That was 7 years ago and now we have three kids. One is a baby still, but the other two have had a great experience especially with it being their first experiences with a dentist. They do a great job at making sure the experience for the kids is comfortable, fun, and not scary. Great, friendly workers all around and they are always willing to help out the best they can with all the questions and preferences that I have.

Highland Heights was very responsive and were able to get me in the same week for a cleaning! It was easy to get to and plenty of parking. Lisa, my hygienist, was wonderful and had me out in under an hour! She made sure to explain what she was doing and answered all my questions. They don’t try to push you on extra things, which I really appreciated and look forward to coming back.
