100% Recommendable place to live in tranquility and peace, the building is amazing, the gym, the pool to refresh your ideas, a fantastic dog park to take the dog and also socialize the truth that is a good point, I also have to mention the most magical thing about this place and I mean the workers are the ones who put the icing on the cake, always willing to help you!! with a big smile and very good vibes !!! Without a doubt, a special place to live with cool people and a top team of workers! forget to mention the mail room and the person who manages it what a stylish and nice guy !!! All my respects !!
I love the staff at Highland Row because even though you are a resident there they embrace you like family. Who doesn't like family? And the staff shows appreciation by celebrating and having get together sometimes in the lobby doing holidays and sometimes just season get together I think Highland Row is an awesome place to be home away from home. There are food places everywhere,and if you eat too much there's an amazing gym there where you can work out.I love it,Check this place out home alway from home.
The people who live there are dog racist. “Is your dog vaccinated” was the first thing my sister heard with her puppy. The people at the front desk are angels but the neighbors are always pretentious a holes. Like first of all you live in a glorified dorm so called home. The pool is nice and the front desk is always helpful. But if you move here just make sure you file reports if your neighbors are mean and consistently file false reports
WARNING!!! I have been a resident here for almost a year and we really feel we have made the wrong decision!!! They have cut off having security on the premises which is allowing several car windows being smashed and burglarized!!!! Definitely getting out of here asap!!! Don’t move here they don’t care to secure their premises at all. The area is becoming very busy and vandals are learning that we no longer have security so it’s easy for them to target people vehicles and property!!! The parking garage is not made equally for all tenants to park so if you live in the building far from the deck it’s torture getting to your building so unfortunately they are only supplying security for the parking deck now. Either way it’s not secure!
Edit: my rating has gone down because of the recent break-ins on the first three floors of the parking garage. Do we just sit around waiting for our cars on the 4th floor to be broken into? What are we paying for? Where was security when THREE LEVELS OF CARS WERE BROKEN INTO THIS WEEK?? Who are we paying for “security” and “safety” in the parking garage? My $25 per month for parking is funding vandalism and theft. Here’s a suggestion: CLOSE THE GATES LIKE YOU PROMISE AT 11 PM. I’m tired of seeing broken glass on my way to work. Very disappointed in Highland Row. There are many great thing about living here EXCEPT the parking garage! Please please please - install mirrors in the corners of the garage!! We all nearly get into accidents because the garage is two ways and there are sharp corners where you have NO CLUE who is coming around the corner!
This place is amazing! The staff, the residents the property. It is like living at a resort! When my kids are here they are so proud to invite their friends to come over. I feel very safe and secure with the secured parking and the 24 hr security. This place is amazing
Highland row apartments are very nice apartments and the management staff are amazing people to interact with!! Definitely recommend giving this place a shot
I have been living here for almost two years now, and I still love this place. This place has been nothing but perfect for me. Nice and quite when it needs to be, with some very fun parties put on by management on holiday's. I have had no issues with neighbors, the place is very clean and well kept. Staff is very nice and pleasant to interact with as well as accommodating.
I love this property. I took a tour and left very excited about moving here next semester.
The staff and community is beyond what I had expected. Impressive location, kind and polite behaviour towards customer and friendly staff I worked with Tailor and had the best experience. Location is great with all the restaurants,shops,mosque, prayer halls that you can walk through. I would highly recommended this apartment complex if you are looking to move in As I came from India a couple of months ago. Love Highland row and team specially Taylor love your kind attention towards us.
