I came to highline auto after having had a bad experience at another dealer earlier in the day. I was frustrated and honestly did not feel like dealing with any more car sales, but I was greeted by Todd who sat down with me and treated me with nothing but kindness and respect. He was not pushy or misleading, he was fully transparent and got me into a great car!! I did not feel taken advantage of as a woman going to a dealership alone like I did at the last dealership I was at. The whole team at highline is amazing, from the salesmen on the floor, to the guys in the back room, they got me into the vehicle I wanted at a price I was comfortable with. Thank you so much to Todd & the team ! I love my vehicle and will be sure to refer anyone I know looking for a car here!!!

After 5 dealerships I 100% recommend these guys/girls! Non hassle experience. Car was in excellent condition as they have a shop there for reconditioning and they did not have any outstanding fees. They were hands down much easier to deal with than any of the previous dealerships. Everybody was very welcoming! If they have the car you like definitely give them a shot.

I stumbled across Alyssa. She gave me a call to come in. She was very nice over the phone. The staff here are very nice and make the process as stress free as possible. Honesty I was surprised I got approved because of my low credit score but they worked everything out. And I drove off with a 2019 car. I’m really gratefully for Highline Auto. If I could gives this place a zero I definitely would!! They are the most unprofessional people I have meet. I had an appointment that was confirmed 3 times for a specific car at a specific time and day. Mind you I have text messages to prove everything. I drove over 2 hours to look at this car. An hour into the drive to the dealership they call and said that they can’t make the appointment work. My next step was calling the so called manager of the business. When I spoke to him he had no idea that we even had the appointment. In addition he couldn’t guarantee the hours that it says online because if the are slow they just decide to leave. Also he didn’t even know anything about his employee or what their number even was or what was going on. In addition, the vehicle that we were going to look at was sold even though it was still on their website and the appointment was just confirmed the day before. He says they keep them on their website just in case the sale doesn’t go through. You know there is a thing called pending, right. I don’t understand how you can run a business and have no idea what is even going on in the business. They are the most shadiest people ever. Watch who you do business with!!

great place to find a great car. I bought a car on a budget and they made sure I was happy with my purchase .. the salesman were down to earth and undemanding. the owner Roman was kind enough to fill the tank and get it detailed . thanks highline

Me being a young driver never thought I would get a car especially with a good deal until I met them. Very understanding and patient and with discuss with you for a reasonable price highly recommend
