Highline Storage

Nice Storage facility, well lit with easy 24 hour access. Easy web page which allows you to sign up for a storage space fast and easy without going to the location. Owners were easy to work with and and if you had any issues they stayed in contact with you until the issue was resolved. I would recommend this storage facility.

Allison never returns your calls. If she says give 30 minute notice, plan for 30 day notice. And she still won’t return your calls or emails. Please hire someone who cares. If you are paying her your sure not getting your money’s worth from her.

We store our equipment with Highline Storage. Their properties are up to date, clean, and well taken care of. The staff is great to work with and make renting a storage unit very easy. I would highly recommend Highline Storage to anyone needing storage needs for personal or business use!

Beautiful, clean, well-run facility. Great security system. Best storage facility I've ever seen and certainly the best in the DSM Metro area by far. These folks are awesome to deal with. Manager is available 7/24 for questions/issues.

I've been renting a unit here for a few months and really happy with it. The service is spotty on, the facility is clean and repairs are prompt. Alison manager is very responsive, friendly and incredibly helpful.
