The owner Joseph is very rude when I called to get an estimate he hung up in my face more than 4 times he said I was wasting his time when I was trying to explain my situation and kept over talking me

AVOID THIS PLACE! I would give it no stars if I could. Joseph seems like an honest man with good intentions but he's not. He'll be friendly and considerate up until the time he gets his payment. I recently brought him a vehicle that was in great shape for being a 1995, I brought it in for a water pump replacement keep in mind everything else was in perfect condition, including the air conditioning which was blowing cold since I bought it. He did his little estimate for me and I agreed because it was a reasonable price but he warned me he might have to move other components around to get to the water pump including the the a/c compressor. It took him a couple days to get me my car back which I was excited about but when I got in my vehicle the ac was no longer cold. When I advised Joseph about this he stated he hadn't touched these components. He offered to fix the problem several times for a fee. Both times he just got angry and flew off the handle because I told him I just wanted my vehicle to be the way it was before I brought it to him minus the the water pump. He made no effort to return my vehicle to its previous state with the coldest ac. I don't how he has been in business so long with this type of customer service because I don't think I should have to pay for something he should have done correctly since he started the job. His workers are pretty incompetent too. Very disappointed in this business and my entire experience with this person. SO BE WARNED. DON'T LET THIS MAN TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE IF YOU CARE ABOUT IT!

Very respectful, helps any way can for the customers. Anything I need fixed or fluids changed I go directly to Joe. Don't trust no other mechanics in the area. Definitely would refer all my friends and Future customers get vehicles fixed by him good customers services too.

If I could give this place one star I would! First off, the owner was very friendly and nice. You know he's outgoing and he has a sly mouth. After leaving my car with him I was told I needed a whole new engine and that it was trashed!! I called my car company to come pick my car up but they wouldn't come get it. I called him to let him know I'm coming to get my car after work so to let me know how much I owe him for my car. He tells me it's too late he already put a lien on the car now" I was so heated he had only had my car for a week!! So I told him I'm coming to get my car and I will call the police if I have to.. he had the nerve to hang up on me. At this point, I had to leave my job INSTANTLY ..all the way from Jersey Village in the northwest. I popped up on him and he had no choice but to give me my total balance owed and I got my car! The other bad PARTS about this experience is he charged me for cancelling his so called "lien" and my engine was never trashed!!! It was my turbo that had went out!! The owner is a get over and a manipulator. I would not trust him. That's why he have a lot of lady customers. Ladies if you do decide to deal with him anyway please bring a male with you. And my car is driving just fine since my TURBO was fixed.

He's been my mechanic for 30 years. Before that, finding a capable and honest auto shop was a problem. After I found him and utilized his expertise, I've never gone anywhere else. Handles all my vehicles - domestic and foreign - and my antique BMW. EXCELLENT!

I took my car to Joseph after a recommendation from another mechanic. I wasn’t sure what the problem was. He is excellent with diagnostics to fix the root cause of your problems affordably. Saved me $$$. All the good reviews are true.
