The most professional, reliable, honest, quick and reasonably priced place in Baltimore. EVERYONE who works there is always helpful and insightful no matter what his/her title is. Always friendly and kind! I drove a Subaru Forester 2010 and there was one time my estimated bill was higher than the actual bill! They actually reduced the price by $200 and when I asked how can that be, they just told me that the part I needed was on sale. This is not something to be taken for granted. I got a new Honda CR-V now and trust only them to handle it.

Outstand Service. Brought my '14 BMW in for a new tire and alignment Brian and his team was able to do it in less time it would take for a oil change at other places. Not only that, the workmanship was spot on. The car drives smoother than the day I bought it. These guys are truly masters of their craft. I highly recommend this place.

My tire had a screw in the sidewall and looked like it needed to be replaced. Hillen ordered a new tire and it came in that afternoon. Later, when they pulled out the screw, it turned out that it hadn't actually punctured the tire and was not leaking. So they said I was good to go - no charge. I appreciated their honesty. If they were dishonest they could had produced a puncture when taking out the screw, since they had already ordered and received the replacement tire. But luckily they are honest. I know where I'm going now if I need new tires.

Very professional and efficient. Their communication about my car is clear and the charges are anticipated—I.e., no crazy unexpected surprises! Even if I pop in w/out an appt they have addressed my concerns in a timely fashion. Phil is my favorite mechanic; he explains things well and seems to understand all things about all cars!
