4 stars because my other issues haven't been resolved yet..scheduled for next week... Spoke with someone in corporate that said she'd noted everything I called about and would get it to the correct person. I received a call the next morning from a new corporate employee, Kelly, sure enough she'd received the correct information and informed me that there were new changes being made and new rental staff. Kelly called me again that afternoon and informed me that 1 of my issues had been solved by the new office Mgr, Devon and the other issues would be attended to on Monday. SO FAR, SO GOOD! Hopefully they'll keep up the good work. I agree with a statement that Kelly made... COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY.....
The office staff as a whole sucks !!!!! Nina Property Managerasks as if she doesn’t understand my concerns . Lonnie the maintenance supervisor does not know what he’s doing they never really fix the problem just patched things up .The complex is mice infested . The laundry rooms are disgusting and floods every time it rains . If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The quality of living here does not equal the rent that they charge you!!! I ADVISE ANYONE who is thinking renting here DO NOT!! Go somewhere where it’s worth the money!!
MOUSE INFESTED ! If i could leave 0 stars I WOULD ! Walls so thin you could hear your neighbors 4 doors down talking in your room ! Leasing office will try to get over on you once you move out ! I lived here for 2 years & regret it. I wouldn’t recommend a homeless person to move in here DO NOT waste your time. They are money hungry ! And INFESTED !!
I've been here 4 years things changed but are getting better. Starting with Nina the asst. property manager. Her customer service skills are awesome. Polite, patient and knowledgeable. Her pleasant greeting makes you smile. Even in the pandemic she ensured your maintenance concerns were met. A little slow, understandably so, but they were met. Keep up the great work Nina.
My central air been broke since the ending of May. They finally put a air conditioner in my window the ending of July. And still have yet to come back to fix my air. The summer is damn near over. I’ve been here for almost 3 years and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Don’t even bother calling management, they don’t do anything either.
I recently moved here , Iamara assisted me with my apartment, she have amazing top tier costumer service , was very welcoming , pleasant , humorous and nice , the application was an easy quick process also , she kept us updated the whole way of what exactly to do .10/10 experience
The high marks is due to the professionalism & courtesy provided by the staff & especially leasing office employees. The only negative was the key for the mailbox wasn't ready which is a necessity.
I haven't moved in yet but I do have a tour coming up, I gave this 5 stars simply because Nina gave exceptional customer service , she went above & beyond to answer all the questions I had I had many & although I haven't toured nor did the application yet , I felt as though she cares just from a simple conversation & if you knew what I've been going through with some apartment complexes just to get some information you'd understand , thanks Nina !
Nothing was done. Still have the old, leaking fridge. Tub still going down slow and needs to be properly caulked.
When ever I go into the leasing center the young ladies are always helpful, and thank you guys for starting parking permits, now I always get a parking spot in front of my building
