Very professional, friendly, quick and reasonably priced. Highly recommend them after having tried several in the area.

Nice folks but never take men's suits/blazer or other formalwear here to be altered. They messed up my suit jacket - just needed to be taken in a little bit - but they cut off so much fabric that it is permanently ruined and can't be fixed by another tailor. Look elsewhere.

I've come to Hillside occasionally for a couple years, but I think I'm done. They have never successfully removed stains from anything I drop off, and I usually just pay the $3-4/shirt to avoid confrontation. Last week, I arrived a few minutes before closing. I was admittedly cutting it close, but I arrived before closing with enough time to pick up -- but they had closed early. I had a flight in the morning, and had to drop $50 on a new shirt instead. I absolutely could have planned better, but they also could have been open during their entire stated hours. That same evening, another woman got there at the same time I did. She had called ahead asking if they'd be open until 6, and they said they would be -- but she was shut out too. Summary: Avoid if you need stains removed from clothing, or if you need something cleaned in an urgent situation.

Avoid at all costs! Worst customer service I've ever experienced!! Both times I got clothes tailored here they weren't ready on time and they didn't even apologize... They then proceeded to yell at me when I asked for a discount! I had to go late to my event waiting for them to finish.
