The HOA that runs the place is rude as hell. Do yourself a favor and avoid them.
Horrible situation during the covid pandemic. They towed my car over an overdue inspection sticker while I'm under quarantine and will continue to be under quarantine due to medical issues. No notice, no nothing. Car just gone. They claimed they put up notices in lobbies but when one is quarantining one does not hang out in lobbies

Nice pool. Clean well maintained, worth living here just for that!
Sewage from all above units backed up into my dish washer, toilet, tub, both sinks, amd the toilet. Ruined half my apartment.they had it cleaned that was a hassle. Cars being broken into all the time had card Hart jacket stolen from my truck
