Keep the local hardware stores! This is a great example of an excellent local business that serves the community. Yes it is a franchise, but independently owned and operated. They are expanding to meet the needs of more customers - home owners and contractors alike.

Was looking for a trimmer wire and kids working there were zero help, like "Yeah, we have it somewhere in the store, go and find yourself" and back to chatting with each other. Thanks... Spent some time looking for my stuff, didn't find it and left for Home Depot.
Excellent customer service. Troy took care of my request very fast and effectively. My Weber grill was assembled and delivered in short time. Definitely I will return to the store! Totally recommended.
